For Your Appointment
Gently brush and floss your teeth 30 minutes before your appointment to ensure optimal gel contact.
Enjoy a full meal beforehand, as you will need to avoid eating for at least 2 hours after your session.
Check that your lips and gums are healthy and free from active cold sores or significant sensitivity.
Hydrate well by drinking plenty of water prior to our arrival to keep your mouth comfortable.
Essential Aftercare Guidance

Mild sensitivity may occur for 24–48 hours. Drink plenty of water and consider a mild pain reliever.
Avoid whitening, cinnamon, or baking soda toothpastes for 24 hours and brush gently along the gum line.
